Studio Essentials

  • Absolutely! Our amazing instructors welcome all experience levels and will guide you every step of the way. Browse our class descriptions to find your perfect fit, or reach out with any questions.

First time at The Peach? Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in, show you around the studio, and introduce you to your instructor before class begins.

  • For Pilates, wear grip socks (or go barefoot if that's your preference). Bring a water bottle or grab a Rambler from our fridge when you arrive. Most importantly, bring your good vibes—we'll take care of everything else!

  • Yes! There are spots directly in front of the studio, paid street parking and a paid parking lot across the street. Get to class early to account for time to find a spot.

  • Yes! We have pre and post natal offerings with highly trained instructors that will help you through this transitional time effectively and compassionately. More information on our offerings here.

Classes & Bookings

  • Classes: Be kind to fellow Peach House lovers and cancel ASAP to give others a chance. No-shows or forgetting to cancel? That's a $15 fee, buddy. Late cancellations within 12 hours? That's $10, better watch out! Remember, late cancellations for anyone with a membership still have a fee. Gotta play fair!

Treatments: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours. You will be charged the full service charge if you cancel later than 24 hours before

  • Join the waitlist if a class is full, as spots often become available. If you join the waitlist, please plan to attend if you get in, or be aware that a $15 no-show fee may apply. (Avoid late cancellation fees by removing yourself from the waitlist). Stay subscribed to email/text notifications in MarianaTek to receive updates. A valid card on file or a positive house account balance is required. Be ready for last-minute magic. Spots open up more often than you think!

  • For the sauna: Wear swimwear only (no leggings or workout clothes) and always sit on a towel—don't worry, we provide fresh towels for everyone!

Between experiences: Always rinse off in our outdoor shower after sweating in the sauna and before jumping into the cold plunge. This quick rinse helps your body adjust and keeps our plunge water clean for everyone.

Heads up: gold jewelry can get uncomfortably hot in the sauna, so consider leaving those pieces at home, or our hosts can hold onto any valuables for you. No phones in the sauna (but we love to see your pics on IG from outside!).

Most importantly, be respectful of other Peaches enjoying the space—everyone's there for a little wellness and connection!
