Our Instructors
“One of the best parts of teaching Pilates, and what’s kept me passionate about it over the years, is seeing people progress in their practice. I’ve taught many different movement methods, but Pilates will always be my favorite.”
Morgan Griffith
Lead Instructor + Studio Manager
Morgan grew up playing competitive soccer, gymnastics, and cheerleading, so movement has always been a big part of her life. She discovered Pilates while working the front desk at a studio in Cary, NC, and quickly fell in love. By 2013, she was certified in Classical Pilates (Power Pilates) & NCPT and has been teaching ever since. She earned a BA in Exercise and Sport Science in 2016 and became a Pilates Master trainer in 2019.
Morgan finds real joy in mentoring new instructors and helping clients build strength in mind, body, and spirit. She believes daily movement is key to a healthy lifestyle and loves inspiring others to make it part of their routine. Outside the studio, you’ll likely find her traveling and exploring the world, spending time outdoors, or enjoying a relaxing day at Barton Springs.
“This community is unlike any other. Teaching at Peach House is such a cherry on top to my day whether that’s coming in right after my corporate job to teach or getting to take a class with one of our amazing instructors. The people – both our clients and instructors – are what makes this feel like a fun privilege more than anything else.”
Andrea Dominguez
Growing up playing competitive sports and training as a classical pianist, Andrea has always had a flare for creativity, flow, and athletic discipline. Introduced to pilates as a calm, yet challenging low-impact outlet to balance out the high-impact training she was doing at the time, she quickly fell in love with how refreshing and rejuvenated it made her feel.
The guidance and energy of the instructors she admired inspired her to become a classically trained pilates instructor. Since 2020, Andrea has had the honor of teaching at studios including Boost Pilates and Forma Pilates, and now teaches at Peach House both in the reformer and mat studios.
Known for her challenging yet rewarding classes, you’ll find her athletic and disciplined rigor balanced with her flowy and creative approach in her classes.
“I fell in love with Peach House for the vibrant community and the holistic sanctuary that it is. I'm excited to contribute my own sparkle to what's already a beautiful space!”
Jacy Fletcher
Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Jacy spent the first 20 years of her life training and performing as a professional ballerina. After a car accident in 2021, Jacy used pilates to heal her mind, body, and spirit. After her own healing journey, she’s made it her mission to help others on their road to health and wellness. She began teaching reformer and mat pilates in 2023 and hasn’t looked back!
Jacy believes that everyone who enters her class should leave feeling better than they arrived. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment for clients to focus on personal growth and connection while not taking the process TOO seriously. Outside of Peach, you can find her on the acupuncture table, interior designing, making a new playlist or frolicking around the city with friends.
“My favorite part about working at the Peach House is the community of strong-willed, kind members & staff that have welcomed me with open arms. I could not be more grateful to contribute to the warmth & sense of belonging this studio has brought to me every day.”
Alex Denny
Alex is a North Carolina native whose journey began on the soccer field and evolved into a lifelong love affair with movement, coaching, and building community. A former Division 1 athlete at High Point University, Alex carried her love of wellness into the endurance sport realm with over 20 races under her belt.
Now based in Austin, TX since 2022, she's a certified Pilates instructor teaching at Trufusion and Peach House as well as hosting her own pop-up events that combine sculpt sessions with local vendors. Her lifelong background in athletics and passion for pilates deeply informs her approach to her mat programming: strong, intentional and inspiring.
When Alex is not in the studio or running on Lady Bird, she's likely curating another outfit (fashion being her other love language), scoping out the best Italian food in town, or unapologetically diving into some good ol' reality TV to turn her brain off.
“My love for Pilates (and The Peach House) runs deep. My goal is to infuse each class with good music, dynamic movement and a sense of community so you walk out feeling strong, energized, and smiling.”
Mary Haley
Born and raised in the Midwest, Mary found Pilates long before teaching it, thanks to her parents who brought her along to reformer classes nearly two decades ago. Those early classes sparked a lifelong love of movement rooted in form, breath, and mindfulness, a foundation she carried through years playing tennis and across every type of workout since. After attending Peach House almost daily for two years (some might call it an obsession), she earned her certification through the studio she already called home.
Mary’s classes blend strength, mindfulness, and fun, set to an eclectic playlist that keeps the energy high. Expect to laugh, sweat, and feel connected. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her with her family (Anthony, baby Cici and pup Tiller), watching Bravo or planning the next Peach House event.
“Peach is a place where everyone belongs. I love being part of a community where people can move, connect, and simply enjoy showing up as themselves.”
Sophia Elwell
Sophia is a former Division I beach volleyball athlete who believes movement should leave you feeling stronger in every sense of the word. She became a certified Pilates instructor at 19 and has loved helping others discover confidence through movement ever since. After graduating from Cal Poly and relocating to Austin, she found her home at Peach, where she creates classes that are equal parts challenging, intentional, and welcoming.
When she’s not teaching, she’s usually exploring Austin coffee shops, spending time outdoors, or working in social media and brand partnerships for wellness brands. She loves bringing people together and hopes every class leaves you feeling stronger than when you walked in.
“To me, Peach House is proof that wellness is about so much more than movement. It’s about community, connection, and creating a space where everyone feels at home.”
Sydney Sustacek
Sydney believes living intentionally starts with saying yes to things that challenge you—whether that’s stepping onto a Reformer for the first time, traveling somewhere new, or simply showing up for yourself. She fell in love with Reformer Pilates because it blends intentional movement with strength, control, and just the right amount of grit. She believes some of the best things in life happen when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, try something new, and embrace the process along the way.
As an instructor, Sydney brings that same mindset into every class. Her goal is to create an experience that feels challenging, empowering, and fun, with thoughtful movement, seamless flow, and upbeat playlists that keep the energy high. She believes you can work hard, push your limits, and still leave with a smile on your face.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find Sydney traveling with her husband, exploring a new coffee shop or restaurant, spending time outdoors, or planning her next adventure. She’s passionate about creating a life filled with movement, curiosity, and meaningful experiences—and she’s excited to bring that energy to the Peach House community.
“Peach House is such a unique, beautiful, and welcoming space. I've truly never experienced anything quite like it. It's an honor to be part of this community and to teach here.”
Phina Pillado
Phina is originally from San Francisco and has been teaching for the last 10 years, beginning her journey in the Bay Area, California. With a background in modern dance, she brings a creative, music-driven approach to Pilates, yoga, and other movement modalities.
Recently relocated to Austin, Phina is passionate about creating an uplifting and welcoming space where students can move, connect, and feel empowered.
“I actually found Peach as a member first — I came for the sauna and cold plunge and stayed for the community. I adore Peach and the people that make this place so special.”
Meghan Lewis
Meghan is a Pilates instructor and future therapist who believes the two callings are more connected than you'd think. She began teaching on a modern reformer in Chicago in 2023, continued teaching after landing in Austin, and earned her classical and contemporary mat certification in 2025.
Now finishing her master's degree in clinical social work, Meghan teaches with a nervous-system-first philosophy: movement isn't just about building strength; it's about regulating, centering, and reconnecting with your body. She describes her classes as intentional, energetic yet grounding, and athletic. Expect purposeful programming, inclusive energy, and a space where every body is welcome!
Outside the studio, you'll find Meghan practicing Yin yoga, exploring coffee shops around town, soaking up sun on the water, or planning her next trip abroad.
“Peach House feels like a home away from home, where I show up and am part of a welcoming and genuine community. I’m so grateful to be part of it and share my love of Pilates.”
Candiss Jo
Originally from Houston, Candiss moved to Austin for college, fell in love with the city and decided to make it her home. In 2023, she discovered Pilates and immediately fell in love with the practice. It helped her rebuild her strength and mobility in ways she never expected. What began as a new workout quickly grew into a deep passion for the method, inspiring her to begin her Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification in 2024.
She strives to create classes that are intentional and challenging. Her goal is to empower every client to feel stronger, more confident, and supported in their movement journey. Outside of Peach, you’ll find her enjoying live music somewhere in the city or hanging out with her pup and cat.
“Pilates is where the body stops pretending. At Peach, we chase a deep mind-muscle connection, every fiber working, breath and body in sync—the kind of sticky, conscious focus that leaves you sweatier, stronger and a little more connected to yourself.”
Alix Spruce
Born and raised in Austin, Alix wandered into Peach House one day and never left. As an equestrian, she found her riding improved drastically with the Peach Method and got certified right here in the studio. Outside the reformer room, she can be found drinking questionable amounts of whole milk and bringing her horse chocolate croissants (per his request). Come ready for some spice and playlists that span continents.
